IT-AIS will be conducting patching efforts to multiple production infrastructure databases and application services, primarily those responsible for CatID services, on Saturday, February 26, 2022 from 5:00 AM to 9:00 AM CST. This will result in a four (4) hour window where UNI users will be unable to log into Blackboard (Bb) Learn, Panopto, and other systems using CatID credentials.
On Saturday, January 8, 2022, the Panopto System will be Unavailable while it is updated with the latest features and improvements. They expect up to 4 hours of downtime, with a target start time of 8:00 PM CST, until approximately 12:00 AM. During the downtime, you will not be able to access videos on Panopto and any attempts to upload from recording clients will result in a "Server unable to connect" message.
On Friday, January 7, 2022, the Turnitin Tool will be Unavailable while it is updated with the latest features and improvements. They expect up to 8 hours of downtime, with a target start time of 6:00 PM CST, until approximately 2 AM, CST. During the downtime, you will not be able to utilize the Turnitin Tool, including Turnitin assignment submissions, processing and grading, in Blackboard Learn.

On Friday, August 6, 2021 from 2:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m. CDT, the UNI Blackboard Learn System will be UNAVAILABLE for regularly scheduled maintenance. There are no changes to the UNI Blackboard Learn application.
On Saturday, June 26, 2021, the Panopto System will be Unavailable while it is updated with the latest features and improvements. They expect up to 4 hours of downtime, with a target start time of 8:00 pm CDT. During the downtime, you will not be able to access videos on Panopto and any attempts to upload from recording clients will result in a "Server unable to connect" message.

The Blackboard app and Blackboard Instructor app will be UNAVAILABLE beginning December 25, 2020 at 11:00 PM CST until December 26, 2020 at 3:00 AM CST for a scheduled maintenance update. Please access Blackboard Learn in a web browser during this four-hour window.
On Saturday, December 19, 2020 from 8:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. CST, the Panopto application will be unavailable for maintenance, updating with the latest features and improvements. During the downtime, you will not be able to access videos on your Panopto site, and any attempts to upload from recording clients will result in a "Server unable to connect" message.
