CatID Maintenance Outage affecting eLearning Login, Saturday, May 20th, 2023 from 6 - 11 AM CDT
IT-AIS will be conducting patching efforts to multiple production infrastructure databases and application services, primarily those related to CatID, eBusiness, Student Information Systems, and Service Hub, on Saturday, May 20th, 2023 from 06:00 AM - 11:00 AM CDT. This will result in a five (5) hour window where UNI users will be unable to log into Blackboard (Bb) Learn, Panopto, and other systems using CatID credentials.
Turnitin Scheduled Maintenance - Saturday, January 14, 2023 at 11:00 AM CST to 7:00 PM CST
On Saturday, January 14, 2023, the Turnitin Application will be Unavailable for maintenance. They expect 8 hours of downtime, with a target start time of 11:00 AM CST, until approximately 7:00 PM CST. During the downtime, you will not be able to utilize the Turnitin Tool, including Turnitin assignment submissions, processing and grading, in Blackboard Learn.

Temporary Service Interruption of Video Recording Feedback in Blackboard Learn Assignment Grading - Tuesday, September 13th 12:00-3:00 AM CST
On Tuesday, September 13th, from 12:00 AM to 3:00 AM CST, Video Recording Feedback in Blackboard Learn Assignment Grading will be UNAVAILABLE for scheduled maintenance. Blackboard Learn itself will NOT have any interruption in service, only this specific feature. Instructors and students will see an error page during this maintenance window. This includes Instructors who click on the Insert/Edit Recording option in the grading workflow and Students who attempt to access recorded feedback videos.

On Tuesday, August 23, 2022, the Panopto System will be Unavailable for maintenance. They expect 5 minutes of downtime, with a target start time of 12:00 AM CST, until approximately 12:05 AM CST.
During the downtime, you will not be able to access videos on your Panopto site and any attempts to upload from recording clients will result in a "Server unable to connect" message.

During the downtime, you will not be able to access videos on your Panopto site and any attempts to upload from recording clients will result in a "Server unable to connect" message.
