Panopto Scheduled Maintenance

On Saturday, June 22, 2019 the Panopto application will be UNAVAILABLE as the Panopto cloud site will be upgraded to the latest release.. This upgrade will require downtime from 8:00 pm to 11:00 pm CDT. During this time you will not be able to access recordings on the Panopto server and any attempts to upload will result in a "Server unable to connect" message.

Panopto Scheduled Maintenance - Saturday December 15, 2018 from 8 pm to 12 am

On Saturday, December 15, 2018 the Panopto application will be UNAVAILABLE for scheduled maintenance to upgrade to the latest version. This upgrade will require downtime from 8:00 pm to 12:00 am CDT. During this time you will not be able to access recordings on your server, and any attempts to upload from clients will result in a "Server unable to connect" message.

CatID/eBiz Login Service Outage affecting eLearning Login

On Saturday, September 29th, 2018 from 06:00 AM - 08:00 AM CDT, IT-AIS will be conducting patching efforts to multiple production infrastructure databases and application services, primarily those responsible for CatID services. This will result in a two (2) hour window where UNI users will be unable to log into Blackboard Learn, Panopto, and other systems using CatID credentials.

UNI eLearning System Extended Maintenance for Migration to the Cloud (SaaS)

UNI's existing on-campus Blackboard Learn System (eLearning) will be fully migrated to Blackboard Inc.'s cloud based offering known as SaaS (Software as a Service) from August 2-7, 2018. On August 1, 2018 at 11:59 p.m. CDT, UNI's Blackboard Learn System will be turned OFF for migration and will NOT be available to users during this extended maintenance period. For this migration, we will be doing a full migration of data: meaning all the existing content and entire database records will be moved to SaaS.
