IT-AIS will be conducting patching efforts to multiple production infrastructure databases and application services, primarily those related to CatID, eBusiness, Student Information Systems, and Service Hub, on Saturday, September 2nd, 2023 from 06:00 AM - 07:00 AM CDT. This will result in a four (4) hour window where UNI users will be unable to log into Blackboard (Bb) Learn, Panopto, and other systems using CatID credentials.
