Mark your calendar for this year's Distance Education Conference, “Expanding Pathways for Continuous Improvement in Distance Learning.” New this year is a special pre-event session, "Dynamic Lecturing: Research-Based Strategies to Enhance Lecture Effectiveness” to be held from 3 to 4:30 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 5 with keynote speaker and past conference presenter Todd Zakrajsek, University of North Carolina. The full-day conference, including breakout sessions, lunch, and keynote, will be held from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 6 in MAU. The conference is free and lunch is included.
