A corrupt database session was maxing out the concurrency on the database. The session was killed at approximately 10:50 PM and the UNI eLearning System appeared to return to normal performance shortly after that.

Users have reported (and we have verified) that the UNI eLearning System is experiencing slowness.
Users are able to log into the system as normal; however, when they enter an eLearning course it takes a long time (30 seconds to 2 minutes) for that course to load. It also takes long time to navigate that course, view content, etc.
We have opened a ticket with Bb Support and are actively working on trying to find the cause/solution.
