You can use My Files to create and store your personal files. Each user has their own My Files that is always private and cannot be accessed by other users.

The size of the My Files has been restricted to the following limits:

• Instructor/Designer/TA = 150 MB
• Students = 20 MB

If your My Files exceeds this limit, it will prohibit you from using certain tools and features within UNI eLearning.

1. Login to UNI eLearning (Blackboard/WebCT).
2. Click on the Content Manager tab.
3. On the right hand side of the webpage is a Space Usage: _% indicator.
4. If this is near or over 100%, you need to delete some files from your My Files area.
