| 1. Uninstall unsupported or old version(s) of Java |
- Go to Start Menu > Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs

| |
- A list of all programs on your computer will appear. (It may take 15-30 seconds.)
- One at a time, click on each "J2SE" or "Java" Runtime Environment item in the list and click the "Remove" button that appears. Repeat this process as necessary to remove all "J2SE" or "Java" installations in the list.

- Restart your computer.

| 2. Download and install the latest supported version of Java |
- Download the latest version of Java.
- Save the downloaded file to your desktop.
- Open the installation file.
- Click Run - accept all of the default settings, except Google Toolbar (optional).
- After the installation is complete, restart your computer.
